Re: Cant retrive account because of security key
I called CS who helped to remove the key so that I could set it up again, this time saving the activation code somewhere safer.
They did try to tell me to that I was wrong when I told them that I did not see this when I tried to log in.

I tried various browsers, but the "Lost Your Security Key?" link does not ever appear, as such the help page is not accurate.
Customer Support are quick to tell customers that they are wrong or that it is a problem at the customer end.
I am pretty sure that the website and the Customer Support systems are just woefully out of sync with each other, which results in contradictory information for customers.
