- @proxos666 Proxos, I just wanted to fill you in on my progress or lack thereof. I made an entirely new SWTOR account and new Origin account, I attempted to subscribe through the new account and still receive the "maintenance" page I received on my original account. Still no response from EA CS on either ticket I've sent in.
new swtor account used an email never used before ?

I am getting two different errors:
When I try to purchase 60 days of game time, I get... "This service is currently unavailable for this account. If you wish to purchase more cartel coins please call our Customer Service team or you can try again tomorrow."
When I try to purchase 30 days recurring subscription time, I get this... "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}"
I have called support and went through several tests to see where the fault was, and by the end, they told me it wasn't something on my end, but on theirs. They told me that they would push the ticket to a higher level (I'm so sure they even give a crap...), and that I would be contacted when the issue was resolved. I attempted to go online to buy digital codes, but the only options they have are 90 days of game time and up. Are they purposely sabotaging themselves to headlock people into buying more time?
This is mainly the reason why I left this game back in 2015. Horrible support, and it sounds like they just have a bunch of monkeys on unicycles at their company. I don't understand why a company associated with STAR WARS could have so many of the SAME issues after 4 years of being away?! This is absolutely ridiculous... They already gouge us as NOT being a subscriber, so why is this account crap STILL an issue?!
