Your account has been sent to studio for fixing ( there is no timeframe ) they should email when it is fixed

to subscribe for now, if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can then subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted

  • I tried changing the billing method as well and got the same message about contacting customer support.

    This happens no matter what card I try to pay with, have attempted 4, and unable to sub with Paypal too

    Support cant see an account issue , they do see a few failed purchase attempts , they suggested purchasing from steam as you have that linked.

  • Will this work? Sorry I am just apprehensive as looking at the steam reviews of subscriptions is what lead me to the website subscription in the first place :/ 

  • I ensured everything was linked and managed to successfully sub through Steam, thank you for your time ! 🙂

    Cant subscribe or redeem Codes . this message shows up : There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support .

    I tried a new Password for my Ea Acc but doesnt help.

    if you have a code to redeem , email the code into support@swtor.com from the email associated with the swtor account

  • I guess add me to the list of returning players that are unable to subscribe.
