the screenshots you attached here are too small to be readable and support have no email from you at this stage either
there appears to be some discrepancy between your swtor account and steam account purchases, has this steam account been used on a different swtor account or removed/re-added to that swtor account
support are resynching the account just to be sure, however this can take 24 hrs to fully occur , so best to check back this time tomorrow
