Re: Catch-22 for Returning Players - Can't Login/Sub

In the same boat but just the security key for me. Based on the number of similar posts I think a lot of us are looking to come back with all the time we suddenly have being home bound. Sadly I don't think there is much that can be done other than wait for email replies (sent mine through 6 days ago), but they're going to be swamped right now so no way around waiting. Hope you're able to get back in soon!

    @Semyaza Nope. It's been 2 weeks without a reply. All I need is for them to remove the security key so I can do a password reset.

    Damn, i was hoping for a reply in the next day or so but guess I'm in for a longer wait! Just need the security key removed as well. I did make a F2P account to have a play around while i wait (and to get the game redownloaded ready) but god the f2p restrictions and lack of your collections are hard when you're used to having them :P
