There is only 2 options available
1. Try a different email address on the account that has never been associated with any EA/origin or Swtor account previously
if using gmail can use you@googlemail.com instead of you@gmail.com they are the same mailbox
2. Call CS (Link to numbers) so they can assist validating your account email
