Wish I could, but unless I'm subscribed which means paying money, which I can't afford right now, I cannot get in contact with support. If I try any other way, using the links provided, I just get taken around in circles. Great support design, where they set you up so you can't reach them without some kind of monetization. EA support just seems to be in the toilet except here. Thanks for replying but nothing I can do. So all my time, effort, progress, dedicated to having a fun cool star wars sith by my own way of story, all the times that I could afford the subscription in the past, all my mounts that I either was able to buy on the janky monetarized trading house, my cosmetics, my hard earned achievements, all of it gone with in the same day of receiving an email telling me if I want to keep my characters, I need to login so the name wouldn't be lost. I did what it told me but it's clear. EA doesn't give two craps about it's consumers anymore and they do what the please now. Disgustingly Unprofessional.
