you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open and update the email address on that account to an email that can get the otp

Cheers mate. I just tried the number, and they say advisors are unavailable at this time. i`ll keep trying 🙂
the hours listed are detailed in the link ,english line opens in about 2 hrs for example
