Maybe try attaching that card to a paypal account and see if it will accept it, I don't believe phoning is going to get the resolution your after (happy to be wrong).

I had thought about my Paypal account, but right now its maxed out. The only other resort that I can forsee is to purchase a 60 day in-game time card. Which I cant afford right now. And indeed I have had to call before and trying to get the person on the other end to understand and fix the issue was a HUGE hassle!
