Re: "Get 30 Days of Game Time On Us" Not Received

So you are telling me that you are restricting my rights? What i i dont want to cal or i cant speak english or i am just deaf-mute ?

I payed for a service that was supposed to grant me something i havnt received !!!

Now pls do something about it or i might consider making a petition and sue your company... and i read that a lot of ppl got scammed by this not just me.

    Official means to contact SWTOR CS are here , if a sub you can try a ingame ticket

    You have the same response provided to deaf mutes see here 

    This cannot be handled on the forums , quickest way to resolve is by phone, however you can have a friend make the call on your behalf providing you are present to answer the account security questions.

    People have already tried calling. Nothing came of it, aside from more runaround.

    From what I can gather , the below which was listed in the terms and conditions

    This offer is Exclusive to Named Recipient.  Offer Expires on January 4, 2016 at 11:59PM PST // January 5, 2016 7:59AM GMT.

    refers to people that received an email in regards to this offer , if players have that email and didn't get the 30 days then phoning is certainly worthwhile.

    I have that email, call by phone twice, the first they said they will create a ticket to resolve it, the second, after the operator ask someone else, said it was only for "Free to Play Accounts" no "preferred status". The thing is, the terms and conditions does not say nothing about this. So it seems they screw it, and does not want to resolve it.

    Well same problem here, i was a f2p before i subbed on January 1st.

    Funny thing is that on my account details it said i was subbed till beggining of march.

    After my first month expired that info was gone and im on preffered status.

    Is there really no solution to this?

    Geez.

    And by the way your free voip call isnt free, i have to buy skype credits to make a call, so more payment for nothing.

    I'm also one of these who didn't receive free 30 days.

    I bought my first subscription before end of promotion. I read rules "free to play, no preffered blah blah blah", Named Recipient is very wide term. I thought it connects with f2p players, because - as I was thinking - if it's really THAT exclusive I wouldn't have it on my launcher! I learned about e-mail from here. I feel really cheated. I've never bought any subscription to any game before because (in my opinion) it was waste of money. For the first time I decided to try, I really enjoyed it and I'm almost sure that I'll buy next one... but now... now I lost my enthusiasm knowing that creators are not fair with me. I don't really want to play now...

    Now - it's really only for those who received email - IT SHOULDN'T BE IN LAUNCHER AT ALL! It's kind of cheating and false adversing. Now everybody (even if they received email) can't get what you promised them. 

    In addition - customer contact is terrible for someone from outside US. Why only phone support? What's wrong with email nowadays?! AND WHY IN-GAME HELP IS ONLY FOR SUBSCRIBERS?! It's essential for any mmo game!

    "Hey, you paid? Okey, let me help you.  Oh, you didn't pay? Go away peasant, try calling for equivalent money that you'd pay for subscription or play along WITH OUR BUGS AND MISTAKES".

    Yes i added new contact, chose UK, it auto adds +44 and then its saying i have no credits.
