Those mails were around 3 years old (not all the mails, some of them were just few months old) and I know that after 30 days the mails go back to the sender (not deleted as you said), but the sender was still me with another character, but I didn't recived those mail back this time (I mean, I've recived them back a lot of times in the past and I resent them to my alts, but this time my mail is empty)!!!
That's the problem!
EDIT: they answered me finally, but they said that they can't do anything at the moment because it's a service they don't provide at the moment... it's the second time they tell me the same thing, what should I do?
