Try going to the fleet, resetting the mission and then trying again.  Also try to lower graphics settings as that seems to help sometimes.  You can also try running a repair as per below:

Non-Streaming launcher - Log into the launcher but don't click Play. Check for small letters "ST" in the bottom left corner.
If this is NOT present, With the new launcher after login , select the username pulldown on the top right and select settings, then press repair.

Streaming launcher - If the letters "ST" is present, close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut,
select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcher

    Are you walking into the phased area or quick traveling to it using the alerts section to go directly to an alliance alert?

    I have tried both, non works.... and dont forget the visions in the dark mission, where I cant even start the convo with Lana

    @Icantfookensee

    Do you have both the visions in the dark mission and alliance alert mission at the same time?  Are you able to abandon one of them to get the other to work?  Did you also complete the To find a huntsman alert to get Yunn as that one is generally required to do the other alerts.

    Im not doing alliance alert, Im doing chapter 9 the alliance mission on one character and visions in the dark on another character
