My guess would be that there is no difference from Server A to Server B. The difference would be that the name filter algerythem has been tweaked since you did the first one and now something about it is deemed invalid. I bet if you leveled a f2p account to 10 on the same server you are now you'd find you still can't use that name. With out knowing the name its hard to say if the problem is being missed identified as inappropriate or if its infringing on a official name.

Actually I came back from long hiatus, so i never played with Legacy System before, so therefore both tries on server A and B were separated by 1 or 2 weeks, one is PVE, other is PVP, that's the reason I'm in 2 servers pretty much.
Tex, is the name I'm trying, i don't see any problem with it.
Specially when worked on server PvE and on later on didn't work on PvP server, only difference from PvP these were characters transfered and due from a merge, but I created one level up untill level 10, despite i could still pick Legacy name and tried, didn't worked still.
And all this would be easily checked by internal staff, not all things posted here, community can help :\ so easy like working from inside.

If you really want internal staff help, you have to use the ticket system, or email or call them. This is mainly a community help forum, where we share what we know to help with most problems. But, yes, you are right, your issue may need to be looked at by actual staff. Contact info can be found at the official swtor website, and if you don't want to phone them, you can contact them via Skype,don't recall the connection info offhand, but that is also on the website. Posting issues here is going to lead to community help, as much as we are able to help, you won't magically summon internal staff to help with your issue by stating they're the only ones who can help. They have channels.

Everytime i open tickets i get the usual "template" reply, that's why it's so sad.
No point opening a 3rd ticket to get exactly the same very unhelpful reply.
"Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to process your request as we do not offer the service you have requested." bla bla
That's why I came in here, in hopes some fellow player knew about something i didn't, or if something changed which i could be unaware related to Legacy names, new rules i mean.
I only asked them, if name chosen was now consider a bad/invalid for some reason, at least could reply that no ?

SWTOR could have so much potential, but seems EA keeps milking the best it can, time to go back to Blizzard, i guess.
At least there, i feel I'm valued, they are not perfect company, but at least they treat people as customers.
