The login service is still unavailable for me. I am also still unable to login to my account at swtor.com, and the server status list still indicates that all servers are down when I click on it. I suppose I'll just wait until there's some sort of official announcement that the login/missing CC problem has been fixed.

The latest official SWTOR tweet says that login is starting to become available, but isn't working with 100% reliability:

It looks like a lot of the people who are successfully logging in are still missing their Cartel Coins
UPDATE -- As of right now, I'm able to log in on the SWTOR website as well as the game itself. My missing Cartel Coins are back as well 🙂

Also able to login and play without any problems.
At least I was able to finish the second season of Game of Thrones!(Source) Marked as solution to maintain visibility

Hey folks,
Apologies for the delay in getting a post on the forums, I was running into the same login issues as you guys were but here on the forums.
The login issues should now be resolved, or at least are in the process of recovering. If you receive an error when trying to login, wait 5-10 minutes and try again. You should be able to get in soon. Once you are logged in you may notice your Cartel Coins are missing. This is in the process of being resolved now as well and should be corrected shortly.
