If you send this in as an bug report you won't get any further answer, if you created an Ticket there might be an wait time.

The ingame support hasn't been helpful so far. In my first ticket I said I've checked all the consoles and the reply was to just check my ship console... I made a second ticket but I haven't gotten a response for a few days now.
UPDATE: A gm fixed it for me
