This would not be something the forum admins can fix.  For something specific like this, the best way would be to submit an in-game ticket.  It may take 3 - 5 days to get a response due to higher then normal ticket volume, but unfortunately that would be the best way for them to fix your character directly.  Simply include the character name, server and detailed explanation of what happened.
