firstup means first thing is to resend the email

it will be about 10 hrs when support are online for the day , response will be provided when they are online
The linked EA account using the swtor gmail is still disabled , also they still cant see an email from you
it maybe best to call swtor support when the lines are open, so they can assist you further to get his resolved
