    Just wanted to update. I finally got in game last night. never got through on the phone but the game did start working again late last night

    I have since been able to remove the Physical Security Key, but no matter how many times I try to re-add it, the code on the key does not work. Are they no longer usable? If so, than that really bites, as I lose access to the security key vendor in-game...
