@proxos666 it is being really weird, i logged into the game and it show i am subscribed, but does not show on the web site, and should i not have 500 cartel coins from being subscribed?
there is an issue on your account that has been raised with another team, for now you are subscribed ingame but it will not be reflecting on the website
2 x 525 coins has been added manually as well for you
nothing further as yet, it is still being worked on, support said they will let you know when an update is available
Can you confirm this issue still exists, you should have 41 slots on that account
@proxos666 yes i can here is a screen shot, i had to delete 11 characters just to make a new one, and now it says i have 29/29
this has been raised to look further at the slot permissions , this will be looked into when an agent gets to it in the queue
This will be related to the account issue that has already been sent to a specialised team i would think
the slot issue should be sorted now
@proxos666 no it has not been resolved, i just logged in and i still have 29/29 the server i am on is Star Forge, that is where i am missing the character slots.as you can see in the screen shot it is still not there
my bad, swtor support have granted you coins to repurchase the slots on the account

only update i have is that it is with the studio, they will email when fixed

Paid subscriptions get the coins, i have asked swtor support to poke the studio regarding getting your account fixed
i am quite annoyed right now, they fixed my account it seems, but they did not tell me by email, nor anything.... i am really angry with them right now, they should have informed me sooner that they fixed my account so i could have the money for my subscription, now that i am preffered i basically lost the guild master rank which means i lost the guild and the freaking 10-20 or so million credits i paid to get the guild where it is, they need to tell me in advance or when they do things like this, because now i do not got the money to subscribe. could you either ask them to give it back to me till at least next week, or explain to them what they did and what i lost
