Purchase Error

i am royally pissed off, i went to buy the "Join The Fight" bundle on swtor.com, and i got a processing error, YET it still took the friggin money out of my bank account, i am feeling very ripped off...

there is an issue on your account that has been raised with another team, for now you are subscribed ingame but it will not be reflecting on the website

2 x 525 coins has been added manually as well for you

apologies i checked the other day, forgot to post here, sub should remain for now i believe , support are chasing it up with the studio
