That link mentions that I need to be a subscriber to access their support services, and I am currently not. Will that be a problem?

As far as I can tell none of the servers have any of my characters, though I'm still part way through the download process so perhaps they haven't shown up yet?

Regardless, I'm sure that I'll figure this out. Thanks again.

    @Woolthorp 

    That count under Account problems and anybody can call them for this, you couldn't use the in-game Ticket System.
     
    Missing Characters means most often you are on an wrong account.

  • @WoolthorpMaybe the download is done now and youll see it. @Ahrngrim is right though, Usually wrong account would make this happen. I would call regardless because you were before.
