Just wanted to let you know that this was passed over to the accessibility group however there is no ETA on what changes would be made or when as far as the issue is concerned. Only thing I can recommend is to monitor the dev tracker here or the patch notes when posted here.

@Belgorad Thank you very much for letting me know. I hope the accessibility group will take a good look at the situation and be able to do something to keep players like me safe.
