The Linked EA account has been disabled and its data has been wiped, the email address needed is a Yahoo email address "not" the Gmail used on your swtor account
use this link (insert the Yahoo email) to restore purchasing for the account
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared.
if you dont have access to that Yahoo email, call swtor support when the lines are open they can update the email used on that account
if you get it sorted let me know , can recheck on the steam purchase
