@proxos666 i called support yesterday they asked me for screenshots and i did send them.
The guy i was calling with said that SWTOR would give my subscriber status back and he would send me a email if my status is changed to subcriber!
But i still have no email or subsrcriber status

gametime should be getting added sometime over the next few hours
Same issue, paid for 1-month sub over Steam, still considered preferred status in game, even after ensuring my account was linked to my SWTOR account.
