can only track the email if it is linked to the account, if you didnt supply your swtor username they wont be able to link it to an account either
if it is sent using the email on the account i can confirm then if it arrives at support , as mentioned current wait is around 3 days at present
calling is quicker they will get you to upload the proof to an ea ticket whilst on the phone
@proxos666 still no answer from support about subscription activation, even from my e-mail linked to SWTOR account
Response time is 3 days once an email hits the queue at present , i will check to see they can see your email has arrived now
will have a response in the next 1 - 2 hrs
Ok support say they do not see that email either
you will be best to call swtor support when the lines are available, whilst your on the phone they can get you to upload the required screenshots to a EA ticket and they can resolve this for you from there
@proxos666 I can't phone the SWTOR support cause it's very expensive to call them from Russia. I there any other way to solve it ?
Try sending from say a gmail email address and be sure the attachments are under 2mb each , be sure to include your swtor username too
@proxos666 I have sent an e-mail from [ removed personnel email addresses ]
Support can see an email there from gmail for you now , so just need to be patient a little more until it gets picked in the queue
