Shift E and select chapter 1 , want this to overide the existing chapter mission, dont press the purple play on the top right for chapter 1 , go back into Shift E and reselect chapter 4 , does Lana appear after that ? (ensure the chapter 1 selection is overriding the chapter 4 mission

    Confirmed that there is only one chapter opened at the moment.

    It looks like you will need to wait for CS , what we just went through is what has helped others with similar issue , so if it didn't help then CS will need to sort for sure.
