I bought it from swotr.com
support see no account issue, they do see a lot of failed purchase attempts, support said it shows a declined by the bank on their side
if you check your transaction history in the swtor account, one purchase is still marked as open, if that purchase closes you should get the subscription, if it closes and nothing occurs post back here
Thanks for the reply! I just checked my account activity again to see if it's still open - turns out is is now Closed. I also attached a screenshot.
