Currently there are no specific settings but it is something that is being looked into as per this thread from January 2021 here.  There is no time frame at this time but definitely hopefully something that can be implemented.

    That would be awesome. Hell, just give players option to change map marker colors and we colorblind are happy and players get more options. I know gamers like customizations of ui. Everybody wins!
