quick google says Look on your outfit slot's "features" section, where "Hide Head Slot" and "Show Dark Side Corruption" are, and you'll see a thing called "Dynamic Mount Colours".

I have it activated, I just don't know how to change the colors
when i googled it said certain vehicles only , one mentioned is the Koensayr Dart
