Community Admin@hkhahpal75 Thanks for the post, we're investigating issues with the collection authorizations not appearing for those that should have them.
I am not a subscriber to swtor.
But I find it quite distasteful that I can not use my pre-order crystal because I am being forced to pay for Artifact Authorisation in order to use it.
Further more I am not allowed to file this complaint or make any contact towards the swtor forums or support team for the very same reason (because I am not subscribing).
I payed full price and then some more for this game when it was released, I do not intend to pay more, just so I can use items that I am already entitled to.
