Other then checking the spam / junk folder try to add no-reply@bioware.swtor.com to your email safe list to see if it will allow the email to go through.
If you are still not receive the email, I would call again and see if they can reset the password over the phone. Another option is to try to have them change the email in your account to s different email and see if that will allow you to receive the password reset email.
