@EA_Kipling I am unable to download it Ingame I tried everything and it’s just stuck. Not to mention I can only open 3 tickets and ever since it has never let me open another ingame ticket.

Running in XP SP3 compatibility worked! Thanks mate!
Few days of playing Swtor and running it in Windows XP SP3 mode and "quick playing issue" didn't come back. But when I run Swtor in any other mode problem is back.
- @proxos666 It has not occured again yet. And, as @67bc32d5c7dadc23 mentioned as well, the quick play 0% load comes back on if I don't use a compatibility option or if I use any compatibility option other than XP SP3

Let me start from this point: I have the same issues but they are not persistent, I mean I have 2 accounts on Darth Malgus server:
- first with 18+ characters, most lvl60 scattered between different planets. Before accounts/server merging these characters were on 3 servers and different legacies, now they are together. No idea if they damaged something merging them all. I was subbing then was a pref and ended playing on this account 3-4 years ago by removing the game from HD.
- second with 4 basic characters I created just few weeks ago because after downloading the game again I could not get info characters from first account. I could log into account but all alts were stuck on this quick play mode at 0.00 %, even when full game was properly loaded and working.
Why I think it was properly loaded? If I turn on my PC, a fresh start, and then start SWTOR, log into second account, I can log and play any from 4 alts which are already off the starting planets, some are in the Fleet, some on Balmorra or Coruscant. They are playable on this account while the first account is not playable.
Then if I close the game, eg. decide to watch a movie, or play another game, and then I again play SWTOR the same day (without turning PC off) I no longer can log into those characters from second account.
Logging into first account is possible, but any from 18+ characters are stuck, it's like a permanent stuck on 0,00 for no reason.
I can log into second account and play characters normally on all planets only with fresh start of my PC.
Curious, I was able to log into first account (the one with 18 characters) only a single time before downloading the last patch, then I was able to play one character lvl60, then on another day the patch came and from that day this account's characters are locked by 0,00% issue.
Also odd is sometimes I can play on second account, but sometimes the game locks also this account with 0,00% issue.
I dind't try any of the above solutions, because it seems like a game problem, not my PC. If it was my PC I wouldn't be able to play at all, right?
I'd like to have some fix from EA/Bioware. I won't download the game again from scratch due to low speed cable connection (takes 3 days to suck it all).
I was going to subscribe as returned player, but I rather won't, not before this game is actually playable full time and stable.
Enclosed files, character Plato Sadal is greyed (not playable) one screen - I could not load it then, while on another it's on Dromuns Kaas (I was able to load it).
Thank you 🙌, I tried that and it seems I can now load those alts from first account. If it won't break again after today's patch I may be subbing again for a while.
Anyway I lost hopes but this solution restored my peace, cheers! 😃.
This is so dumb...... Game was working fine in Free to play, then i subscribe and I am stuck in this quick play mode. Should get a friggin refund.
