- @proxos666 Hi, I am having the same issue as everyone else. I rang support the other day and I've yet to receive the game time on my account after sending through the email. My SWTOR account is ABSOLUTEUNITTT. Any help will be appreciated.

Support said they are still waiting for the screenshots
try resending from the email address you have used on the swtor account per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message
let me know when sent and i can check if it arrives ok
The emails I sent were from the same email address I used to create the account with. I can send the screenshots again, or I can use another email to send the pictures over if that makes things easier.

I buy subscription via steam. Accaunt name is Amaymonell . In account.swtor.com I see my subscription — it's says "You have 29 days of subscription play time remaining.". But in game I still have f2p status. winting for 2 hours, still nothing.- proxos6663 years agoHero+

If not done so yet , be sure to cancel the steam subscription on your steam account , it can be repurchased after this gametime ends @proxos666 Hello have the same issue with my steam account and payment too send the support the mail with screenshots now.

When i checked support could not see an email
try resending firstup , use the email address associated with your swtor account , let me know when sent and i can recheck if it arrives ok

Gametime has been added
if not done so you need to cancel the steam subscription in your steam account , it can be repurchased in steam after this 180 days is over
