Hello, i'm having the same problem. Came back to this game almost after 10 years.

Also, my Authorization: Artifact Equipment bought with Cartel Coins in 2013 is not working. Its like i dont have it anymore in the game

You will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to resolve the account issue
for the artifact authorisation email support@swtor.com , that can be dealt with via email, however for the account issue you do need to call
Hey, sry if I dig up that topic again but I have the same Problem.
After my EA account and swtor account got linked, I can't redeem a code anymore and get the usual "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account. You can't purchase..." message.
Could you help me please?

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account persona ladrielle that has been disabled, that account uses a gmx.de email address
use the following link (insert the gmx.de email address) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

I bought subscription, but it didnt activate and when trying to go to my payment history it gives:
There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved

Steam purchases don't appear in the swtor account, as they are made on steam, its all in your steam account including to cancel the subscription, which you need to do if it has failed

Support have your email with the screenshots, unfortunately they cant add the gametime due to account issue
for the issue you have you need to call swtor support when the lines are open, it should be a quick easy fix though, once resolved they can add the gametime

Hello, as I said, I have already tried. I reset the password on EA account then I tried sub while on incognito and I still get the same message. I`ll will try calling support when they are open tomorrow.

can you post here on the ea account n5n5x3q7r instead of the one your posting with now as Cornelius1034 just to be sure your resetting the right ea account
Oh here we go ! I completely forgot I had this account too. Sorted now , I just subed
I'm also having this issue after trying to resubscribe to SWTOR. I have tried resetting my EA account password but has not worked.

I think I found the issue, are we able to transfer the game licence from one EA account to another?

game linkage is permanent unfortunately, attempts to delete or merge that ea account can break the swtor account permanently
if you delete or merge that account see https://help.ea.com/en-tr/help/account/close-ea-account/
Deleting your EA Account will permanently break your Pogo or SW:TOR account. We can’t restore Pogo or SW:TOR accounts when this happens. - proxos6662 years agoHero+
support said the account is fine now as you have reset the password on the linked ea account
if still seeing the message, use incognito mode with chrome or delete the web browser cache and cookies and see if it persists
