very odd both launcher have the same issue, they may look the same but the steam launcher is different to the standalone

Your dxdiag has crashes in SecurityHealthService.exe why and is it related i have no idea

also email the dxdiag , and provide a msinfo file along with the launcher logs to support@swtor.com , and see if they can see anything too

logs are via press windows key + R and paste this into and press ok %localappdata%\bioware\Star Wars - The Old Republic Launcher

Looking for the logs in said location, the folder exists but it is empty. No information written to this folder as of yet in all my attempts to launch the game.
