Try submitting an email to support@swtor.com and detail stuck in bounty hunter story , also supply a link to this thread.

Hopefully they will assist by moving the character past this point.

Actually i am in the same situation as you are.The holo terminal don't work. Reset don't work and to make a report you have to get premium account. (was your problem solved?)

Here's the marabout process!

Get to your ship fly to nal hutta (wait that the planets load), and then go back to the tyran.

Wish that worked but it doesn't. I read that same solution from a post that Proxos linked. Hopefully it worked for you, but unfortunately it didn't for me. 

Well after seeing that you posted your comment I figured I'd get back on after half a year to see if it's been fixed yet. I left my ship and boarded his, but this time it actually showed the quest marker for him. I went and killed him as I had been and then it said to leave the ship. So now everything has been randomly fixed for some odd reason haha. Thanks for bringing me back to check it Dernguy and thanks to Proxos and Delta who tried their best to help me. I guess it's time to pick up where I left off <3
