A different PC should progress , other then that send an email to support@swtor.com and request this conversation to be moved forward this is a bug that seems to be system specific
Provide username, server , character and a link to this thread in the email and hopefully they will assist.

Someone just posted what allowed them to proceed with this issue, so wanted to see if it worked for you as well
they posted (link) that needed to play in fullscreen and the resolution was the correct setting for the monitor
