correct, you can contact us via a VOIP provider however, this is not a service that is free by default. International calls made using VoIP are generally far less expensive than calls made from a mobile phone or landline. But you may still require to top up your VOIP service such as Skype for example to be able to make a call. That´s why it´d be interesting to know from which country you are trying to call us.

I just got off the phone, well off skype, with CS and she said to submit an in game ticket with all information about my situation. except I am currently a pref player, so I can't submit tickets(which is total bull**** btw), so what do I do? Try the phone again?

Hello @BarockWerneck,
I´m sorry for that - However, this is something only phone support will be able to assist you with since it is a query concerning billing. Preferred players also will be handled over the phone if it is an account and billing issue. Contacting us via an in game ticket would not be the was to go since we´ll need to confirm some details with you on the phone first.
If you´re being told to go through the In Game channel again please send me a PM here on AHQ and I will take it from there. Sorry again for the inconvenience.
