Receiving an error when trying to log on - possible account security breach

Hi there. I need help urgently as my account security could be at risk. I cannot log onto my account, nor can I log into the SWTOR forums. I have an authentication key attached to my account, but I still cannot log in successfully.

I am concerned that my account has been compromised after visiting a twitch.tv account that seems to be setup for fraudulent activity and stealing SWTOR accounts. Can you please urgently contact me via email as I am located outside the United States.

I have attached the error that I am receiving when I try to log in. I have checked the server status and my server is up and online. 

Please contact me as soon as possible as I am concerned about the security of my account.
