Recover Discarded Cartel Item

I know this has probably been asked and answered several times over, but I just purchased an armor set on the Cartel Market, didn't realize I had to equip the whole thing to save it to the collection, and discarded it. Is there ANY way to get it back? Or to get my coins back so I can re-purchase it?

    Send an email from the email address attached to the swtor account to support@swtor.com , explain what occurred and when and see if they can help

    @proxos666 I'll give it a try, thanks. I wasn't sure if they'd help me since I'm Preferred, not Subscribed.
