Redeem code error SWTOR

There are several code for this game, so it's kinda hard to figure out which code you mean @Haruune.

Some Codes have an expiration date, so that might be the issue. You also might already have the item that comes with the code, etc. 

What was the code for, if I may ask?

It was a code on a physical gift card I have the photo of said code he sent me however I'd rather refrain from posting it due to public domain

You can try sending an email to support@swtor.com with the scan of the card, may take a while to get a response with the ticket backlog i'm afraid

If your in a position too give CS (link to numbers) a call they can advise if the issue is at their end or if the card needs to go back to the retailer.

@Haruune I would recommend the way @proxos666 just proposed. 

With the mail you can add the picture of the code you got as well and they can have a look and see why you are unable to redeem it.
