Refund Cartel Coins on "Legacy" Speeder Piloting Perks

Can I get a refund for badly worded description in Cartel Market regarding Speeder Piloting "Legacy" perks? A few issue that I have:

1. The use of the word Legacy in "Legacy Perk: Improved Speeder Piloting". I was under the assumption it unlocks the perk for your whole legacy instead of the current character. Yes, it's missing the option to either purchase for current character or the entire account, but it has been some time since I bought anything in Cartel Market so I thought buying a Legacy perk will apply to my legacy. 2. I bought Speeder Piloting I, II, III & IV because in the description, it says that each level (except for 1) requires the previous Piloting level. Before I apply any of the purchased perks, I checked my Legacy page and all of the Speeder Piloting skills are locked (need to be purchase). Once I've claimed all the perks from Cartel Market, I applied Speeder Piloting IV first (honestly, I picked at random) and now it auto unlocks my Speeder Piloting I, II, III & IV. Now I have unusable Speeder Piloting I, II & III and I"m not planning to create another toon anytime soon (see my attachment 1286830_20220909155614_1_resized.png)

Due to this misunderstanding/issues, can I get refunds back in cartel coins? I don't mind refunding all of my purchased Improved Speeder Piloting perks (including IV) and have it removed from my Legacy page so that I can purchase other meaningful stuff.
