Yeah, it would be nice if the password I wrote down in the day actually worked but, I must have changed it at some point. But at least my email account is still connected OK. but removal instructions ain't going to work. Phone support is going to be hard, I'm asleep when USA/UK is awake, and awake down under when you are asleep.
I must admit the game was better when you had proper support.
I'll just have to wait an try and stay awake.................lol

Well, I am getting an error by the look of it. Invalid Captcha.
Somehow the auth still has a little juice atm, tried logging in, Invalid Captcha.
With no contact for customer service, not sure what if anything I can do.

providing you know the password then you can follow the removal instructions

I'm in the same boat, left my account active, but log since got rid of the phone that had the Authenticator on it. Found I can't remove the Authenticator without logging in and using the Authenticator. Think there is a Novel of this with the name "Catch 22"
I want to get back into the game with all the new Star Wars content coming out of Disney and the Kids all grown up and divorced, my time is mine and I thought I would play again. I get no help from Help Centre. Silly really when you consider they are happy take my Subs.
