Reset password but security key needed, and so activation code, and so password

Hi folks.

I'd like to come back to SWTOR but after years I ve lost password and changed my phone.

Now I want to reset my password; I get the email with the page to reset it, comfirm the new one ... but I need security key.

Security key needs an activation code (I thought it was my serial Key, it's not). I need my password to get the activation code ...It's a loop ...

How do I end it ?

I've seen some topics that say to try with chrome or an other navigator to get "one time password". Seems it doesn't work or I didn't find the page.

I doesn't really like contact by phone because -no one was answering last time I tried long time ago in France- I have hearing impairment and it's often exaspering.

Is there any support email address ?
