Only Subscribers have the ability to restore characters by sending an ingame ticket requesting the restore.
So if your a subscriber that is the only way to progress character restores.

its still a thing of writing an ingame ticket as nobody on the forum can help you here. we are just players as well and have no ability to restore any deleted characters 😉
and they cant be level 70 if you deleted them in septemner as the level cap was raised in december to 70 🙂
Nice one mate; I had completely forgotten the level cap. I knew I was capped and was pretty certain it was 65 but seeing 70 ingame I got seized with doubt lol.
I also wrote a ticket ingame as per the site instructions. Cost me nothing to double tap just to make sure xD
