Returning Founder

I was a subscriber when the game launched, and am looking to pick it up again, and miraculously I still have the email with the serial number of my game, but when I try to reset my password (the email is coming through fine) it redirects me to the proper page, and i'm entering the code generated by my new security key app (I had one before, but it was years ago on a different phone) but it is coming up simply as "There was an error." Any help would be appreciated.

You will need to phone and get both the password reset and the old key removed, and once you have a correct login / password , attach the key again per this link

that security key maybe generating a number but it will not be valid

You wil have to remove the old security app, and then activat the new one.

They generate unique Codes.

Thanks! The issue I'm having is that I can't login because I don't remember my password and I can't reset it without the security key, and I can't change the security key without logging in.

How did you add the new key ? the old key would of need to of been removed to add the new one

I had the original email confirming my purchase and account from years ago. There was a serial number in the email that I entered into my newly downloaded sec. key generator app. The app started pumping out keys.

I only downloaded the app because I tried resetting my forgotten password, and got as far as having chosen a new one, but it not being accepted because my original account had the security key gen.
