Returning to SWTOR Forgot Password and Lost Security Key

I have tried to call the support number but every time i do it just says that they are not available and to look at help.ea.com. So far i have found nothing that can help. I played SWTOR years ago. I want to play again and i forgot my password and the phone that i had the security Key on has been formatted and returned to my phone carrier years ago. I cannot find a way to reset my password or remove my security Key. What can i do to get back into my account?
