SWTOR "invalid captcha" HELP

Okay i googled around for help and i cant find anyone with similiar problems..

Ive removed my security key (since i have to do that when i get a new phone to update it to the new device), did that, tried to login on several browsers such as google, chrome, safari, microsoft edge, etc. it continues to say "invalid captcha" no matter what i try and do. Even tried logging in on my phone but to no avail either on its browser. 

my password and name is correct, i have all cookies accepted and everything, does anyone know how i fix this WITHOUT having to call an international number and pay money for the call?
