Ridiculous Camera distance bug!

On ONE of my characters the camera will not zoom out beyond 32% even with the setting at 100%. All of my characters use the exact same UI settings/profile but no other character experiences this issue. I've done all of the troubleshooting possible to fix this issue on my end and nothing works. 

My ini file camera setting is 25.0 

All of my characters are using the exact same UI profile

I've reset everything to default, nothing changes.

How is it that I can zoom to 100% max camera distance on EVERY OTHER CHARACTER except one and they all share the same ini file settings????

What is causing this issue? It's very inconvenient to have a limited field of vision on a Jugg tank.

    It's been over 2 weeks and I still can't zoom my camera past beyond 32% on my MAIN character. Every other character is fine, which makes this particular bug all the more infuriating. Have you ever tried to main-tank a Nightmare mode operation while unable to see beyond a few feet from your character? It's practically unplayable and NOT fun. I can't run operations with my guild until you fix this problem for me. I've done all of the client-side suggestions by the swtor community. I've submitted bug reports and customer service tickets and they just get closed with no resolution. 

    It's extremely frustrating that I spend hundreds of dollars a month on this game and my MAIN character is unplayable now. I think I deserve at least an acknowledgment from someone at bioware on this issue. 

    Attached are two screen shots showing the difference in camera zoom distance between two of my characters. The first picture shows the bug with the camera stuck at 32% (even though it says it's set to 100%)  and the second picture shows ACTUAL 100% camera distance.

    Try increasing the max camera distance in the ini file to 75.

    I hate to say it but I have had the exact same issue for over a year.  I have created 8 in game tickets, several calls to support, and even a direct message to Musco and no resolution.  I have tried everything even a fresh install on a PC that has never had SWTOR and the issue is repeated, definitely something server side.  If you find a resolution please share!

    To the other suggestion I have tried increasing the max in my character's ini file.  The change is respected on all other characters except for the one character with the issue.

    I don;t know if you;ve seen this thread but it suggests deleting the *.ini just for that specific character:

    I haven't seen this so I;m going off of forum searches.  I;m hoping you;ve already tried these but I wanted to point them out.

    TheRealDrMike  the second link you posted fixed the issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Switching my key-binds for camera zoom out/in  from the "max zoom" option to the "zoom" option  fixed the issue.
