Security code problem

There is this Help Center articles specifically for the security key. (for attaching and removing the key ).

If that fails yo ucan ring CS (Link to Numbers) to remove the key manually

But i deleted app , and i cant get security code so i cant get in my account.And İ also cant remove security code.

Here i can open the link and go to the portion about if you lose your security key and paste it here for you

WHAT DO I DO IF I LOST MY SECURITY KEY OR CAN'T ACCESS IT?

Use the steps below if: 

• You lost your Physical Security Key
• Your Security Key stopped working for some reason
• You've lost or upgraded the mobile device you had your Security Key installed on

To remove your Security Key from your account:

Go to www.swtor.com and click on Log in.

Enter your display name and your password, leave the Security Key code box blank, and click on Log in.

We’ll ask for your Security Key Code. Under the Security Key code box, click on Lost your Security Key?

Instructions will appear on how to remove your Security Key. After reading them, click Send One-Time Password.

We'll send a One-Time Password to your SW:TOR account’s registered email address.

• If you do not see the email in your inbox after a few minutes, check your spam/junk folders.

Enter the One-Time Password exactly as it appears in your mail into the box on swtor.com and click Continue.

Click Remove my SecurityKey to confirm you want to remove the key from your account.

You’ll see a confirmation message on-screen.

You will no longer need to use your Security Key to log into the game and website, but you may be asked to enter One-Time passwords when logging in.

If that fails you can ring CS (Link to Numbers) to remove the key manually

there is no lost your security code place for me

You can try a different web browser but if it doesn't appear in a different web browser, you will need to call CS to assist removal.

Thats realy annoying , other browser has same problem . it doesn't appear. İ tried to contact with live support chat . And they give me a link for the contact support here . I cant call the support .

There is no swtor supporting call center for my country.

Yes EA support cannot remove a security key on a Bioware Account, that is why the contact details are to Bioware Customer Support.

Unfortunately they do not offer live chat like EA support does, I do recommend Voip or using Skype to call if it is available to you.

Normally would expect this to take 15 minutes on the phone all up to fix

Is there a mailing area for the contact with supporter.

There is an email for in-game issues like cartel market issues, however they cannot remove a security key and there is also CS available to answer here however they can only refer you to call CS to remove the security key if the link is not appearing.

Unfortunately If you are unable to call CS , the only other option is to make a new account.
